Understand This Business First. Then Decide.

I've worked at several brokerages and platforms. I've seen the best of this industry, and the parts nobody tells you about. Ask me anything before you decide.

Why This Career

What This Career Actually Looks Like

Five things worth knowing before you enter this business. These are the ones that mattered most to me.

The Work Actually Matters

The day a claim pays out, a family doesn't lose their home. The day an annuity starts, a retiree stops worrying about running out. That's not selling — that's a life staying steady because you were there.

The Demand Is Real

Over a hundred million Americans say they need life insurance (LIMRA 2025), and retirees keep needing guaranteed income. When times get hard, families don't cut protection first. That's the dependable part of this business — you don't have to create the demand.

Platforms Differ More Than You Think

Whether there are start-up fees, how many carriers you can represent, how commission is calculated, whether you have to buy your own leads. Every platform is different, and these rarely show up in a recruiting deck. I've worked at several. I'll tell you straight where they differ.

You Set The Hours And The Place

You can do this remotely, full-time or part-time. But to be blunt: no one managing you also means no one pushing you. This suits people who can keep their own schedule.

The Barrier To Entry Is Low

No degree and no sales background required. We represent the carriers' products, so there's nothing to buy up front. The main startup cost is the state licensing exam, which most people finish in two to four weeks.

What You'll Get With Us

Join a Team That Invests in You

What we value is not your contact list — it's you. Starting with people you know is fine; they're often your first clients. But you have to be able to genuinely help them first — and that's what our training is for: solid expertise, solid conversations, and a business that lasts because it's built on trust.

Train to Close

Fixed online and in-person team training, plus one-on-one coaching arranged as you need it: from product knowledge and sales conversations to objection handling, all the way to closing on your own. Plus a dedicated back-office team, so you can focus on serving clients.

Built Around You

Your commission structure, your advancement path — designed around you. Our model leaves the profit with the agent. Here, your growth isn't a side effect of our business model. It's the whole point.

100+ Carrier Access

Shop the entire market. With access to 100+ insurance partners, you can select based on each client's needs instead of being locked into one company's products.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

No — and here's the difference. In an MLM, your income and advancement depend on recruiting. Here, both depend on your own production. Team override income exists, but it's optional — it's an additional layer, not a requirement. You don't need a downline to advance, you don't buy inventory, and you don't pay monthly fees. If you never recruit a single person, you can still build a full career and move up.
No base salary. 100% commission. As an independent contractor, you'll receive a 1099 — not a W2 — which means you're running your own business, not clocking in for someone else. There is no cap on your income; it grows with your ability.
Not at all. There's no fee to join, and no license required to start. If you're already licensed, we can move quickly. If you're not, you're welcome to join and start learning while you prepare for your exam — most people complete it within 2 to 4 weeks. Either way, the first step is just having a conversation to see if this is the right fit.
We'll help you build a client pipeline from day one — through referrals, warm outreach strategies, webinars, social media, or advertisement. You're not expected to have a full book of business walking in. Part of what we teach is how to generate consistent leads without burning through your personal network.
Most training in the industry runs on group sessions — and we have those too. But we go a step further. Based on where you are and what you need, we also offer one-on-one coaching so nothing gets lost in the crowd. Early on, you'll work closely with a mentor on product knowledge, client conversations, and your first cases. As you grow, group calls keep the whole team sharp and aligned. The goal is to get you closing, not just certified.
Walk away with no strings attached. Your license belongs to you — not us. There's no contract trapping you in, no clawbacks for commissions already earned, and no pressure to stay. Most people who leave do so because life circumstances changed, not because the opportunity wasn't real.
